General Information

Operating Hours: We are now open daily through, Labor Day. Click here for operating hours for our 2003 season.

General Admission: Admission includes unlimited use of all water rides and attractions. General admission tickets are not valid for special ticket events. We do not issue rain checks. We accept all major credit cards for admission and at most Soak City U.S.A. shops and food locations.

Special Groups (15 or more): Special rates are available for groups of 15 or more with advance reservations.

Season Passport: For unlimited visits during the 2003 season at all Knott's Soak City U.S.A. Water Parks in Orange County, Palm Springs, and San Diego, buy a Soak City U.S.A. Season Passport.

Locker Rentals: All Day Locker rentals are available.

Cabana Rentals: Cabanas are available for rent.

Dining: We offer a number of fine food and snack facilities, and ask that outside food and beverages not be brought inside the park.

Birthday Splash Bash: Our deluxe Birthday Party Splash Bash includes admission to Soak City U.S.A.; Hamburger, Cheeseburger and Hot Dog meals; Birthday Cake, and a special "Big Squirt" gift for the birthday child.

Soak City Attire and Personal Beach Equipment: Proper swimwear is required. Guests who enter wearing long pants, denim, swimwear with rivets, buckles, and metal or plastic ornamentation will not be permitted in the pools or activity areas. Floatation devices, lounges, barbeques, glass containers or related items are not allowed inside Soak City U.S.A. Men's and women's changing rooms are provided, and lockers are available for a nominal fee. Tubes are provided at all attractions where required. Life vests are provided at no charge. Safety: All aquatics staff are Jeff Ellis & Associates, Inc. certified in CPR, first aid and lifeguarding. A First Aid station is centrally located inside the City. As safety is everyone's responsibility, inappropriate or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated and is subject to immediate removal from Soak City.
